Delegates are reminded that Article Four, Section 9 of the International Constitution and Bylaws provides that “each accredited delegate shall be entitled to collect an amount equal to coach air transportation from home airport to the Convention city and return … the amount due to be computed by the most direct route booked at least thirty (30) days in advance”.
